“The books are true while reality is lying…” — Tagline

Fantasy, Politics, Postmodernity is a book by Andrew Rayment about the Fantasy writers, Terry Pratchett, Philip Pullman and China Mieville.

The book is useful for students who are seriously studying the Fantasy genre (or related genres, such as Magic Realism or Science Fiction), or any of the three authors. Unfortunately it is an academic textbook, hence (as is usually the case) vastly more expensive than a fiction or popular-science book.
